At Dupelle, excellence is our standard. Our Platinum Promise is a commitment to offering you premium fragrances meticulously engineered to mirror the world’s most iconic scents in longevity, projection, and character.

The Discovery Ritual

To ensure your absolute satisfaction, every order is accompanied by a complimentary discovery sample.

• The Mandatory Test: You must experience the discovery sample first before disturbing the Signature Vellum Wrap.
• The Final Unveiling: Once the Vellum Wrap is opened to unveil the fragrance nested within the satin, the product is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for return.
• Evaluation Period: This allows you to evaluate the scent’s sillage and performance in your own environment.
• Sample Returns: In the event of a refund or exchange, the discovery sample must be returned with the original order.

Eligibility & Protection

We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. To maintain our standards of hygiene and protect against misuse:

• Security Seals: As seen in our signature packaging, the Signature Vellum Wrap and the hard-cover box must remain completely undisturbed and unopened.
• Voiding the Promise: Any attempt to tamper with, open, or reseal the Vellum Wrap will immediately void all benefits of the Platinum Promise.
• Limited Privilege: This is a limited-use service designed for our loyal clientele. Dupelle reserves the right to restrict returns for accounts with a history of excessive claims.
• Logistics: While we offer a seamless return process, please note that the customer is responsible for all associated delivery fees for the return shipment.

The Refund Process

To ensure the integrity of our collection, all returns undergo a signature inspection:

• Inspection: Once your return arrives at our studio, our team will inspect the Signature Vellum Wrap and internal housing for any signs of tampering or use.
• Approval: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be issued.
• Method: The order value (excluding original and return delivery fees) will be returned via your original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
