The Standard of Integrity: Due to the nature of our artisanal fragrances and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales from the DUPELLE archive are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used selections.

Damages during Passage: In the rare event that your selection arrives compromised or damaged during transit, please contact us at dupelle.eg@outlook.com within 24 hours of arrival. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage so we may rectify the situation immediately.
